This modern style construction project in Manuel Antonio Costa Rica was built entirely of 4 inch structural insulated panels (SIP). The whole two story 5350 sq.ft house got raised in only 6 weeks!  Total construction time for the whole project was only 5 months. The structural flooring spans 20 feet and was built with imported steel purlins from the USA which where screwed together without onsite welding. The top of the house the house features a 2500 sq.ft flat roof terrace with hardwood decking and a small swimming pool and 3 small wooden Bali Style Gazebos. All furniture, hardware, plumbing, electric and appliances where imported from Florida.
